Founded in October 2003 by Pascal BUYCK, PMC developed an alternative and very competitive professional approach in the field of human resources.
Initially, only directed towards personal development and team building, PMC SA conquered its reputation by offering tailor-made services.
Its first customers called upon PMC for alternative programs in Outplacement, Assessment Centers and Career Management.
After these first years of implementation, a consolidation of knowledge and techniques made it possible to provide a more global offer in Succession Planning since 2005.
It was in 2006 that PMC SA widened its activities and its team to offer service in Executive Search, personal selection (mainly among specialists in finance).
After a one year, full-time mandate in HRSP, at a Swiss industry of 2,000 employees, PMC became more and more interested in clients' strategic problems related to health and stress factors.
