As of the moment when the required profile could not be found by advertisement, PMC SA recommends a mission of direct approach, while remaining faithful to its concept:
1. Advise management by a thorough diagnosis
- Diagnosis of recruitment: study and analysis of the company, position, and profile of the candidate.
- Design and realize a summary report.
- Acceptance of the mission only if it is exclusive and if the consultant determines its feasibility
2. Define and implement a strategy of research
- Selection of the target companies and the people revolving in the professional sphere of the desired candidate.
- Exploitation of our telematic and computer file, spontaneous candidatures, the directories,…

- Contact of the potential candidates by our assistant of research which took part in the definition of their profile (beforehand) (at the beginning of the process).
3. Evaluate each candidate by an interview and tests
- Consensual interview: it forms part of a procedure which removes “the diva effect”
- Selection of personality, intelligence and aptitudes tests, which relate to the vacant position.
4. Aid with the choice and integration of the candidate
- Creation of a complete file on each candidate including their test results
- Three assessments of integration (employer, candidate, consultant), supported by the evaluation results, to improve integration of the candidate
