For a while now, businesses have understood the necessity of putting in place objectives for their employees to better motivate and evaluate them in light of the enterprises strategic plan.


Appraisals, which are done once or twice a year, allow a business to either confirm the evolutions of their projects or refresh the memories of those who have not well understood the expectations of the companies’ direction.


More often than not, these interviews are conducted under the idea of an EVALUATION, in order to develop the spirit of APPRECIATION in our clients


Objective

 

  • The evaluation interview is a useful tool of management designed for the development of the colleagues and the progress of the enterprise.  Employing exercises that are relatively close to actual conditions, the participants acquire the useful comportments and tools necessary to perform an evaluation interview.
  • In the case of equity problems, we also propose that businesses train the colleagues to prepare themselves when interviewing
