Our pedagogic approach
We are Trainers, Coaches and Human Resources Experts, specialising in the Systemic Approach, NLP, Experiential Learning and Appreciative Inquiry.
This background allows us to rapidly adapt the content depending on who the group of learners is comprised and also depending on the type of programme that we are running.
We have the choice either to follow a very structured methodology where our training plans are fully prepared from A to Z, or we can continuously and dynamically adapt our content following the 5 phases of Appreciative Inquiry.
This flexible approach is a key element for measuring the efficiency of our intervention, since at the end of the session; each participant will be offered to provide a qualitative and quantitative assessment of their level of satisfaction.
In all cases, our goal is to achieve the planned objectives respecting any previously acquired competencies in the group in question.
